Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms describe the rules for using ReadyBadgeGo, a construction workforce pre-clearance and credentialing platform, and the terms of its text messaging program. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and ReadyBadgeGo, Inc. (“ReadyBadgeGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of the ReadyBadgeGo website at https://readybadgego.com, the ReadyBadgeGo platform, and the related text messaging program (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, enrolling as a worker, scanning a ReadyBadgeGo QR code, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company — for example as a general contractor, subcontractor, or site owner — you represent that you are authorized to bind that company, and “you” includes that company. A separate written agreement between ReadyBadgeGo and your company controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. The Service
ReadyBadgeGo is a construction workforce pre-clearance and credentialing platform. Contractors use it to collect, verify, and track worker credentials, training, and safety documentation before workers arrive at a jobsite, and to issue, update, and revoke jobsite badges and clearances. Workers use it to submit their information and documents, complete orientation, and check their clearance status.
ReadyBadgeGo records and displays information supplied by workers, employers, contractors, and third-party verification sources. We do not independently guarantee that any credential is genuine or that any person is qualified or safe to perform work. Decisions about who may enter a jobsite and what work they may perform are made by the responsible contractor or site owner, not by ReadyBadgeGo.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for adults in a workplace setting. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and one-time passcodes confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@readybadgego.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Accounts for contractor staff are created or approved by an administrator of that company. Worker accounts may be created by the worker or by the employer or contractor enrolling them.
- We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, that is used to submit false credentials, or that we reasonably believe poses a security or safety risk.
4. Credentials and content you submit
You are responsible for the documents, certifications, photographs, and other information you submit (“Content”). You represent that your Content is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. Submitting altered, forged, or otherwise false credentials is prohibited and may be reported to the affected contractor and, where required, to authorities.
You grant ReadyBadgeGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your Content as needed to operate the Service, including sharing it with your employer and with the contractor or site owner responsible for the jobsite you are being cleared for, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Text messaging program terms
ReadyBadgeGo sends text messages (SMS) to deliver one-time passcodes for signing in and verifying your identity, and operational notifications about your credentials, expirations, and jobsite access. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on the ReadyBadgeGo enrollment form and checking the consent box, which reads:
I agree to receive text messages from ReadyBadgeGo at the mobile number provided, including one-time passcodes and notifications about my credentials, badge status, and jobsite access. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms.
The same enrollment form and consent box are reached by scanning a ReadyBadgeGo QR code posted at a jobsite or provided during orientation. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
Message frequency. Frequency varies with your account activity. You can generally expect up to 10 messages per month, plus a one-time passcode each time you sign in or verify your identity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any ReadyBadgeGo message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out does not close your account, but you may then be unable to receive one-time passcodes or time-sensitive jobsite notifications by text.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@readybadgego.com.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are available on major U.S. carriers; delivery is subject to carrier coverage and your device.
Your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to submit or rely on false, misleading, or fraudulent credentials or identities;
- Access another person’s account or data without authorization;
- Attempt to probe, scan, bypass, or interfere with the security or availability of the Service, including by circumventing authentication or rate limits;
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data about workers other than through features we provide for that;
- Use worker information obtained through the Service for any purpose other than jobsite credentialing and access;
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product; or
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including employment and privacy laws.
7. Contractor and employer responsibilities
If you use the Service as a contractor, employer, or site owner, you are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to collect and review the worker information you request through the Service;
- Providing workers with any notices required by applicable law before enrolling them or entering their information on their behalf;
- Setting and applying your own clearance requirements and jobsite access decisions;
- Limiting access to worker information to personnel who need it; and
- The acts and omissions of the users you invite or approve.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by ReadyBadgeGo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as cloud hosting, email and text message delivery, address lookup, and credential verification. Those providers operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for information they supply. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READYBADGEGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. READYBADGEGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY CREDENTIAL OR VERIFICATION RESULT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT ANY PERSON CLEARED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS QUALIFIED OR SAFE TO PERFORM WORK.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READYBADGEGO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS PAID TO READYBADGEGO FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, that company agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReadyBadgeGo from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from its use of the Service, its Content, its jobsite access decisions, or its violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Credentials and content you submit, Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and Governing law — survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which ReadyBadgeGo, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@readybadgego.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
