We collect the following categories of information:

• Identity and contact information — name, mobile phone number, email address, employer, and job title.
• Credential and compliance information — training certifications, safety card numbers, badge status, jobsite clearance status, and expiration dates.
• Account information — username, authentication logs, and device or browser information used to access the platform.
• Usage information — pages viewed, actions taken in the platform, and timestamps.

We collect this information directly from you, from your employer or the contractor that enrolled you, and automatically as you use the platform.

We use the information we collect to:

• Verify worker identity and credentials before jobsite arrival;
• Issue, update, and revoke jobsite badges and clearances;
• Authenticate users, including by sending one-time passcodes;
• Send operational notifications about credential status, expirations, and jobsite access;
• Provide customer support;
• Maintain the security, integrity, and availability of the platform; and
• Comply with legal, contractual, and safety-related obligations.

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we use it to send you one-time passcodes and operational notifications relating to your credentials and jobsite access.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You can generally expect up to 10 messages per month, plus a one-time passcode each time you sign in or verify your identity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@readybadgego.com.

Opting out of text messages will not remove your account, but it may prevent you from receiving one-time passcodes and time-sensitive jobsite notifications. See our Messaging Terms and Terms of Service for the full text messaging terms.

We share information only as follows:

• With your employer and the general contractor or site owner responsible for the jobsite you are being cleared for, to the extent needed to verify your eligibility and issue access.
• With service providers who perform functions on our behalf — such as cloud hosting, messaging delivery, and customer support — under contracts that restrict their use of the information to providing those services.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ReadyBadgeGo, our customers, or the public.
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for the period required to meet our contractual, legal, and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP;
• Update your contact information through the platform or by contacting us.

The platform is intended for use by adults in a workplace setting and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
